1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the return (e.g., item not as described, quality issue, wrong item received, or simply not satisfied).
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products — Downloadable items, digital files, and e-books once accessed or downloaded.
  • Gift cards — Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable.
  • Personalized or customized items — Products made or customized to your specifications.
  • Items damaged by the customer — Products that show signs of misuse, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping.


3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or wear.
  • Items not in their original condition or missing components for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned without original packaging.


4. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Do not ship items back without contacting us first. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping address.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or item not as described).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@witchwish.com. In these cases:

  • We will offer a full refund or free replacement, including return shipping costs.
  • Please include photos of the defect or error to expedite the process.


8. Exchanges

We only process exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

9. European Union Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return policy. Digital content is excluded from the right of withdrawal once download or streaming has begun with your prior consent.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times vary.
