We accept payments via Stripe (major credit and debit cards) and PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment and billing information is accurate and up to date.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Delivery

Physical Products

Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Digital Products

Digital products (e-books, downloadable files) are delivered electronically. You will receive a download link by email and on the order confirmation page immediately after purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or internet connectivity problems.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on physical products, provided items are returned unused and in original condition.
  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
  • EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, layouts, and digital products — is the property of Witchwish or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
